Terms
These terms set the baseline for responsible use of Ealdorman workspaces, portals, property data and operational records.
Ealdorman provides role-based property operations workspaces for management, facilities, trade and agent teams. Users must only access workspaces, properties, records and documents they are authorised to use.
Each organisation remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and permissioning of the data, documents, contacts, contractor details and operational records it uploads or connects to the platform.
Connected email, storage, calendar and document sources should be authorised by the organisation that owns those systems. Integration access may be revoked by disconnecting the source or changing permissions with the provider.
Ealdorman is designed for operational reliability, but planned maintenance, third-party provider issues, internet faults or emergency work may affect availability.
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, upload malicious content, misuse another user's account, scrape restricted records or use the service for unlawful activity.
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of the service after updated terms are made available means the updated terms apply.
Your workspace administrator manages user access, module availability, property scope and connected systems. Contact them first for account, permission or data correction requests.
