We use information to provide the management, facilities, trade and agent portals, route work to the right users, maintain audit trails, support onboarding, improve reliability and respond to support requests.
Workspace access is role-based. Users only see records, buildings, portfolios, modules and workflows that their organisation has enabled and their assigned permissions allow.
Uploaded files and connected-source metadata are used to classify records, extract operational context, support review workflows and keep property information organised.
Operational records are protected through tenant separation, permission checks and audit logging. Data is retained while it is needed for workspace operation, legal obligations, dispute resolution or agreed support.
Ealdorman uses essential cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, session security, portal routing and preferences. Analytics or marketing tools should only be enabled where they are configured by the workspace owner and permitted by applicable requirements.
